  • Description: Assists in resolving issues such as availability, billing, privacy or service with TV, Phone, Internet, and Radio Providers, Access for People with Disabilities, and Emergency Communications.  The provider is required to respond in writing to the complaint within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.

    Consumers are encouraged to contract the provider to resolve issues prior to filing a complaint.
