  • Description: Offers services to obtain benefits with health, housing, education and finance programs.  Assessments performed to determine if clients are receiving all benefit entitled.

    Benefits include:
    • Health Care - Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Share of Cost Options, prescription drugs, dental, vision, hearing aids, and wheel chairs
    • Housing - Emergency housing and subsidized rent, illegal eviction, landlord and tenant disputes, and fair housing discrimination
    • Lifestyle - Caregiver or In-Home Support Services, food, transportation, and reduced utility bills
    • Rights and Benefits - SSI and SSDI, Veteran benefits, and educational services
