    A New Eyes e-voucher provides a basic pair of single or lined bifocal eyeglasses through New Eyes online dispenser.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: New Eyes purchases new prescription eyeglasses for low-income individuals in the U.S. through an e-voucher program. To be eligible for our program, applicants must: *Be in financial need - reside in a household with net monthly income below 250% of US Poverty Guidelines. *Have had a recent eye exam (within in the last 24 months) with a pupillary distance (PD) measurement (check https://www.neweyesglasses.org/galleries/measure_pd.html to learn how to measure pupillary distance). *If you have a prescription older than 24 months, you may be able to renew your prescription available through New Eyes online application.

    • Application Process: Telephone call or apply online at new-eyes.org/application. Social service agencies must register online at www.new-eyes.org; Social service agencies can apply for a voucher on client's behalf.

    • Required Documents: Eyeglasses prescription dated within the last 24 months, including their pupillary distance (PD) measurement.
