Services include:
- Assessment - Review work history, identify current job interest, and determine readiness for work
- Employment Preparation and Placement - Assists in completing job applications and develop a resume, practice job interviews, communication strategies with coworkers and supervisors and dealing with other related work issues such as attendance, punctuality, work habits and attitudes
- On-The-Job Assistance - Assists with learning and performing job tasks, using public transportation to and from work, resolving issues such as social security benefit changes, work schedule and transportation conflicts
- Advocacy Services - Provides information about legal rights and one-on-one assistance to ensure equal access and opportunity to employment and public services.
