  • Hours: Mon: 7am CT - 7pm CT; Tue: 7am CT - 7pm CT; Wed: 7am CT - 7pm CT; Thu: 7am CT - 7pm CT; Fri: 7am CT - 7pm CT; Sat: 9am CT - 2pm CT; - (A pharmacist returns calls for pharmacist consultation requests within one business day. All other voicemail inquiries will be responded to within two business days. Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day)

    • Eligibility: Must meet income guideline. Individuals and families who income is at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level.
