Speed tiers available: 10 megabits per second, 5 megabits per second, 1.5 megabits per second, or 758 kilobits per second.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet these criteria: *At least one resident participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits-California only, or National School Lunch Program or meet income guidelines. *Have an address in AT&T’s 21-state service area, at which AT&T offers wireline home Internet service *Cannot have an outstanding debt for AT&T fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program Household income based on 200% of the federal poverty guidelines: Number of people in household / Maximum household income 1 person / $30,120 2 people / $40,880 3 people / $51,640 4 people / $62,400 5 people / $73,160 6 people / $83,920 7 people / $94,680 8 people / $105,440 For each additional person add: $10,760

    • Program Fees: Standard $30 per month. $10 per month for tiers 5 and 10 megabits per second tier, $5 per month for tiers 3 and 1.5 megabits per second tier, $5 per month for tier 768 kilobits per second tier
    • Required Documents: For SNAP verification - Provide a copy of the SNAP's participant SNAP Benefit card. For SSI verification - Provide a copy of the original award letter from the Social Security Administration confirming the benefits or a current benefits verification letter for the resident Temporary for COVID-19 based on income: A copy of current employer W-2 or SSA-1099 form, recent month pay stubs, or statement of benefits for Social Security, Unemployment, or Worker's Compensation. Temporary for COVID-19 for National School Lunch or Head Start Programs: Copy of award letter and proof of enrollment (include date, school name, school district, child's name, and address)
