    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet all of the criteria listed:

      *Cervical cancer screening must be 21 years of age or older
      *Breast cancer screening must be 40 years of age or older
      *Must have a physical California address or if homeless, a location where can be contacted and/or receive mail
      *Self-reported income below 200% of federal poverty level
      *Must not have any private or public insurance coverage OR if insured, is not able to afford deductibles, co-pays, or share of cost
