2nd Harvest Senior Brown Bag Program

    Provides a bag of food every other week of the year to supplement food supply. May include milk, bread, cereal, and cheese. A prepacked bag of food is available for pick-up.

    In case of emergency (case by case), food can be deliver for senior.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Participating seniors must meet all criteria: *60 years of age or older *Reside in San Joaquin County *Limited income as follows: Individual monthly income $2,430 or less; Joint monthly income $3,288 or less
    • Languages: Spanish, English
    • Application Process: Telephone call or walk-in to sign up. Senior Brown Bag Program can only be sign up at ONE site.
    • Program Fees: 50 cent per bag or $12 annually
    • Required Documents: Photo ID, verification of income, and proof of address.
