Outpatient Opioid Addiction Treatment Program

Offers a comprehensive range of drug use recovery services. Helps overcome opioid dependence with combination of counseling and Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), primarily methadone and buprenorphine, to reduce cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms.
Services include:
- Clinical and Medical Assessment: Evaluates your physical and mental health, as well as your history of substance abuse, in order to build out a balanced and comprehensive treatment plan.
- Education About Substance Use Disorders: Helps you understand your disease and the benefits of different treatment strategies, so you can make informed decisions about your recovery.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Based on behavior, disorders, and circumstances, our staff chooses the therapies most likely to facilitate successful rehabilitation and improve quality of life.
- Patient-Centered Individual Counseling: Supportive, empathetic, and personalized relationships between patients and counselors is key to effective therapy, allowing clinicians to address your particular needs, goals, and experiences.
- Group Counseling: Brings patients with similar struggles together in order to provide direct, honest, and structured feedback on your thoughts, actions, and progress.
- Psychoeducational Programming: Provides information about the causes and consequences of addiction, while teaching you how to recognize psychological and emotional influences that might trigger a relapse.
- Peer-Based Support Integration: Encourages understanding, respect, and empowerment among patients, to help you engage with the recovery process and avoid relapsing.
- Telehealth Intakes and Counseling Sessions: Currently available only for suboxone patients, our telehealth services allow people living in remote areas to contact our doctors and counselors without traveling to our facility in Stockton.
