    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Women aged 18 and older with children who pass drug and alcohol tests. Boys must be under 12 years of age.
    • Languages: English only
    • Application Process: Walk-in to complete application or call to schedule an appointment. Application must be completed on-site, and an in-person interview is required. There is a waiting list.
