  • Description: Provides support groups for kidney dialysis and transplant patients and their families, educational meetings and annual networking events, and makes phone calls to reassure people approaching dialysis treatments for the first time. Groups includes patients on hemodialysis, transplanted kidneys and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. Educational programs and materials for all kidney patients, including those with chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease, and transplants. Offers a newsletter. Information may be obtained by mail. Several brochures available in Spanish.
