Medicare Health Fairs

  • Description:

    Provides services to help individuals with Medicare. Service is provided by trained student pharmacists from the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy.

    Services include:

    • Medicare Part D plan assistance - review plan if can lower prescription drug costs
    • Comprehensive medication review - check if medications are taken properly
    • (In-person only) Offers flu and pneumococcal vaccinations
    • (In-person only) Blood pressure screening, diabetes testing, cholesterol testing, asthma screening, bone density screening, memory decline screening, and falls risk assessment.
