Agency: NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL HEALTH OF SAN JOAQUN COUNTY (NAMI)

  • Description: Provides service to help individuals dealing with mental illness.

    NAMI Connection Support Group - a free drop-in peer-based mutual support group for people facing mental health challenges.  Support group is lead by clients, for clients.

    Peer-to-Peer Education - a 8-week series of classes that help clients along the path of recovery. Emphasis on relapse prevention and psycho-social supports. Course held once a week and taught by trained Peer mentor living in recovery themselves. Zoom classes available.
