Community Health Care Program (CHCP)

    Offers health care to children that do not have health insurance. Services include preventive care, vision services, and pediatric dental coverage. Dental coverage is provided by Delta Dental of California.

    Open enrollment for 2025 starts November 1. Applications accepted if experienced a triggering event. Triggering events include: getting married or divorced, birth or adoption of a child, or losing coverage because loss of employment. Special Enrollment (SEP) period is up to 60 days after a triggering event occurs.
