Transitional Housing Program includes:
- Emerson House - A transition program for men to stay and leave when they have secured sufficient income to afford own place. There is no limit as how long an individual can stay Emerson House.
- Rochester House - A supportive living facility for previously homeless disable and/or senior men who have been through the Emerson House Program and continued to need help so they do not end up homeless again.
Family type environment with shared rooms and common meals. Program rules are strictly enforced.
