eTrans Dial-A-Ride Services

    Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service provides door-to-door share ride demand response for the general public.  

    ADA (Americans with Disability Act) Complementary Paratransit service available to individuals who are ADA-certified and are unable to use some or all fixed route bus service.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Open to all Persons with disabilities must be ADA Certify. Individuals interested in ADA paratransit services must complete an in-person assessment (IPA) eligibility process. Access San Joaquin will inquire about initial information and ask a few questions to help identify the best program for you.

    • Application Process: Call for reservation and subscription services can be made 15 minutes in advance the day of, or up to 7 days in advance of your ride. Remember to cancel your ride if you ever do not need the service, otherwise you will receive a 'No Show/Late Cancellation' letter.
