    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be ADA-certify, seniors 62 years of age or older, and/or Medicare recipients. Individuals interested in ADA paratransit services must complete an in-person assessment (IPA) eligibility process. Access San Joaquin will inquire about initial information and ask a few questions to help identify the best program for you.

    • Application Process: Call for reservation and subscription services can be made for Manteca Dial-A-Ride anytime the day before, or up to 14 days in advance of your ride. Remember to cancel your ride if you ever do not need the service, otherwise you will receive a 'No Show/Late Cancellation' letter.
