VineLine ADA (Americans with Disability Act) Complementary Paratransit service provides door-to-door paratransit service to individuals who are ADA-certified and are unable to use some or all fixed route bus service.
Dial-A-Ride (DAR) service provides door-to-door, shared ride demand response for the general public.

Program Delivery
- Eligibility: Grapeline Dial-A-Ride: Open to all VineLine ADA Paratransit Services must be ADA Certify. Individuals interested in ADA paratransit services must complete an in-person assessment (IPA) eligibility process. Access San Joaquin will inquire about initial information and ask a few questions to help identify the best program for you.

- Application Process: Call for reservation and subscription services can be made for Lodi Dial-A-Ride anytime the day before, or up to 14 days in advance of your ride. Remember to cancel your ride if you ever do not need the service, otherwise you will receive a 'No Show/Late Cancellation' letter.
