Grapeline Dial-A-Ride and VineLine Paratransit Services

  • Description: Grapeline Dial-A-Ride - Provides door to door shared ride services to the general public operation within the city limits of Lodi and various unincorporated areas including Woodbridge. Passengers are transported in small buses that are ADA (Americans with Disability Act) compliant and equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps and securement areas.  Routes are fixed.

    VineLine Paratransit Services - Provides public transportation service to residents within the city of Lodi who are unable to perform the skills necessary to use the Dia-A-Ride fixed route service due to their disability.  Pick up is provided within 3/4 mile of the fixed route bus routes.

    There is a surcharge for service outside of Lodi such as to Woodbridge and Arbor Mobile Home Park.

      *VineLine Paratransit Services - Persons with disabilities with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Certification

      To become eligible to use any ADA transportation service in San Joaquin County, client must complete an application for ADA eligibility certification. The application requires client(or someone completing the form on client's behalf) to explain why applicant is unable to use the regular public bus service. Have health professional complete Medical Professional Verification Form.

      Mail completed applications to ADA Certification Coordinator using the contact information on the form.
