    • Eligibility: Admission to foster: Children aged birth to 18 years who are capable of adapting to a community environment. Foster Parent eligibility: Individuals aged 21 or older who are financially secure must complete screenings, including fingerprint and child abuse checks, home safety inspections, and pre-service training.
