Building Literacy Together Program

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: *Families must reside in Tracy Unified School District attendance areas *Children must turned 4 by September 1st *Meet need criteria identified by First 5 San Joaquin

    • Application Process: Register on or after March 1 for next school year online at www.tracy.k12.ca.us
    • Program Fees: Free
    • Required Documents: -Proof of residency documents: *Current Mortgage statement, Rental Agreement, or Property Tax bill with parent/guardian legal name and residence address listed, and *Recent utility bill (PG&E, City of Tracy, etc), listing name and address dated within the last 30 days, and *One other recent bill listing name and address OR current drivers license or CA ID from DMV showing updated address, and *Completed TUSD Student Residency Questionnaire/Affidavit.
      -Birth Certificate or Government-issued passport
      -Physician-stamped Immunization Record
      -Valid Parent/Guardian Photo ID
      -Dental Oral Health Assessment duly completed by a licensed dentist or licensed registered dental health professional (Grades TK/K/1 only)
      -Custody or other Legal Documents (if applicable)
      -Copy of IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
