    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Based on Physician approval, available space and acuity/need, depending on whether symptoms can be managed at home or if a caregiver is available

    • Program Fees: Hospice services and medications related to the terminal diagnosis are covered 100% by Medicare and Medi-Cal. For those who are not a Medicare/Medi-Cal beneficiary, hospice care is a benefit covered by most private insurers.
