ADA (Americans with Disability Act) Paratransit provides door-to-door, shared ride demand response services for eligible individuals who are unable to use some or all fixed route bus services.
TRACER Plus On-Demand service provides door-to-door, shared ride demand response for the general public.

Program Delivery
- Eligibility: TRACER Plus On-Demand: Open to all ADA Tracer Paratransit must be ADA-certify, seniors 65 years of age or older, and/or Medicare and Veterans recipients. Individuals interested in ADA paratransit services must complete an in-person assessment (IPA) eligibility process. Access San Joaquin will inquire about initial information and ask a few questions to help identify the best program for you.

- Application Process: Call for reservation and subscription services can be made for TRACER Plus On-Demand up to 48 hours in advance for ride or use the TransLoc App. Cancel ride if no longer need the service, otherwise will receive a 'No Show/Late Cancellation' letter.
