  • Description:

    Provides case management and treatment for participants in Felony Drug Court, Dependency Drug Court, and Domestic Violence Court as an alternative to jail. Offers intensive court monitoring to help clients achieve total abstinence from drugs and alcohol and become productive, responsible members of society. 

    The judge suspends the sentence and places the defendant on probation with the condition to enter and complete the Drug Court treatment program. 

    Program is operated by San Joaquin County Substance Abuse Services.

  • Hours: Mon: 8am - 5pm; Tue: 8am - 5pm; Wed: 8am - 5pm; Thu: 8am - 5pm; Fri: 8am - 5pm; - (Office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Court-ordered individuals with a history of substance abuse and violations of either possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession, or being under the influence.
    • Languages: English only
