Birth Certificates and Vital Records

Agency: SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (SJCPHS)

  • Description: Registers births, deaths and fetal deaths occurring in the county. Provides certified paper copies of birth certificates and other vital records in events of the current year and the immediate past calendar year only.

    Records older than the past calendar year are maintained by San Joaquin County Recorder's Office.
