  • Description: Hears matters wherein the delinquent minor is alleged to have committed an act which act would be criminal if he/she were an adult; where the the minor has been neglected or abused by their parent or guardian, by either commission or omission; and cases where a minor has received a traffic citation.

    All Juvenile Dependency matters are heard at the Stockton Courthouse.
    All Juvenile Delinquency matters are heard at the Juvenile Center location in French Camp.
