Description: Offers a confidential toll free telephone helpline, emailing, and texting service for teens. The TEEN LINE volunteers who answer the calls, emails and texts are Southern California teenagers who have been specially trained to listen to the caller's feelings and help to clarify caller's concerns, define the options available, and help caller make positive decisions.
