    Provides housing programs and supportive services for youth experiencing homelessness.

    Housing Programs:

    • Safe Haven - Emergency Housing
    • Rights of Passage - Two-Year on-site transitional living program
    • Supportive Apartment Programs - Two-Year off-site transitional living program
    • Hope2Opportunity - Permanent housing, supported by CHC up to 24 months, before youth takes over
    • Dreamcatcher (ages 13-18): Shelter - Provides short-term emergency shelter up to 30 days. Youth Wellness Center - Provides a drop-in safe place to hang out. Dream Clinic - receive immediate primary medical care without leaving the DreamCatcher campus at our onsite clinic.

    Supportive Services:

    • Street Outreach: Actively seek out young people experiencing homelessness who may need help.
    • Day Outreach and Wellness: Youth receive a nutritious meal, take a hot shower, receive hygiene products, and get new clothing and shoes.
    • Medical and Mental Health: CHC provides valuable medical and mental health services for youth experiencing homelessness.
    • Career and Education: Teaching youth how to find job openings, apply, interview, dress and behave in the workplace. Helping youth complete or continue their education.
    • Spiritual Ministry: Welcoming those of all faiths.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Any homeless youths between the ages of 18-25. Dreamcatcher opens to youth between the ages 13-18.
