Also transports blood and organ donors.  Services are provided by volunteer pilots.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be medically stable, and able to board the plane with little to no assistance.
    • Languages: Spanish, English
    • Application Process: Passenger can initiate thir own intake process or intake can be initiated by friend, family member, hospital staff, doctor's office, case davocate, or social service agency
    • Program Fees: Free
    • Required Documents: Must request AFW packet at least one week before scheduling flight. Client must complete medical release form and Angel Flight release forms
