    • Eligibility: Live in a house, mobile home or apartment that is at least five years old and participate in one of the follow programs or meet income guidelines. Eligible programs: *Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance *CalFresh Benefits (federally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP and formerly known as Food Stamps) *Healthy Families Category A & B *Head Start Income Eligible (Tribal Only) *Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) *Medicaid/Medi-Cal *National School Lunch Program (NSL) *Supplemental Security Income (SSI) *Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) *Women, Infant, and Children Program (WIC) Eligibility based on income and household size. # Persons / Total Combined Annual Income 1 / $39,000 or less 2 / $54,100 or less 3 / $68,300 or less 4 / $82,500 or less 5 / $96,700 or less 6 / $110,900 or less 7 / $125,100 or less 8 / $139,300 or less 9 / $153,500 or less 10 / $167,700 or less Each additional person, add $14,200
