School-Based Health Program

  • Description: Offering school-based health care to students enrolled at Edison and Staff High Schools.  Services include sports physicals, mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, health education, and other teen-focused support. 

    Delta Health Care also supports Chavez and Franklin High Schools with sport physicals and counseling support.

  • Hours: Mon: 7:30am - 4pm; Tue: 7:30am - 4pm; Wed: 7:30am - 4pm; Thu: 7:30am - 4pm; Fri: 7:30am - 4pm; - (Office is closed during School Service Breaks, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.)
