Office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Individuals who have been homeless for 12 consecutive months in a shelter or in a place not meant for human habitation, or who have had four separate homeless periods totaling 12 months in the past three years, with at least one child under 18 in the household, and who meet income guidelines and live in San Joaquin County.
    • Languages: English and Spanish
    • Application Process: By referral from Coordinated Entry System (CES). Call 211 San Joaquin for CES screening and intake Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.
    • Program Fees: No fees
    • Required Documents: Proof of residency in San Joaquin County, documentation of homelessness, verification of income, and photo IDs and social security cards for household members.
