Public Housing Program

Agency: HOUSING AUTHORITY OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (HACSJ)

  • Description: Offers federal residential community for low to moderate income families.  Units range from studios, one and two bedroom apartments to single story family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and four-plex family homes.

    • Eligibility: Open to all. HUD requires Extremely Low-Income (ELI) families are those with annual incomes at or below 30 percent of the area median income
