Opportunity House Transitional Living Program

Agency: PIONEERING RESTORATION AND ELEVATING VOICES OF ADVOCACY IDEALISM AND LEADERSHIP (PREVAIL)

  • Description: Provides shelter and supportive services to prepare emancipated youths, runaways, and youth experiencing homelessness for independent living and to be self-sufficient. Offers counseling, case management, life skills, parenting classes, educational goals and employment preparation. Provides services up to 22 months or until youth turns 22 years of age.

    Accepts youth of all genders, as well as pregnant and parenting youth, including their infants/toddlers.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be between 18-22 years of age (emancipated youth ages 16-18) with or without children, experiencing homelessness, able to become independent and be willing to participate in the program.
