Transitional Age Youth (TAY Mentoring Program)

    Services such as:
    • Employment search assistance
    • Education and career development
    • Housing search assistance
    • Obtaining vital documents and transportation
    • Self-care and relationship development
    • Volunteer opportunities and life skills
    • Referrals to individual and family therapy
    • Support for victims of human trafficking
    • Referrals to other community resources

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Youth between the ages of 16-25 years of age, experiencing homelessness or runaways, and are struggling with family conflict/violence, gang affiliation/involvement, school failure, involvement with Juvenile Justice System, aged out of the Foster System
