Program Delivery
- Eligibility: Veteran must meet all of the eligibility: *Must be without a home or at risk of being without a home *Must meet income requirements *Must have served in the United States military or a member of a family in which the head of the household or the spouse of the household head is a Veteran *Received a General or Honorable discharge and meet minimum Active Duty requirement if in the Guard or Reserve
