ADA Dial-A-Ride Services

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be ADA certified.

      Residents who are unable to use the regular public bus service for one or more of the following reasons:

      Client is unable to board, ride, or disembark from an accessible transit vehicle and/or client's disability or condition prevents them from traveling to or from a bus stop.
    • Languages: English
    • Application Process: Call Mobility Eligibility Center to determine ADA certified. Call to schedule a ride. Reservations must be made 1-2 days in advance. Notify the reservationist if you will be accompanied by an attendant/caregiver.
    • Program Fees: $3 per ride; Must have exact change or purchase pass online
    • Required Documents: For Paratransit program, person must show ADA card
