    Operates deviated fixed-route services across San Joaquin County, connecting Stockton, Tracy, Lodi, Manteca, Ripon, Lathrop, and Escalon. Each County Hopper route can deviate up to one mile from its normal path to assist passengers in rural areas who cannot access stops. Reservations are required, and Hoppers can deviate up to two times per trip.
