  • Description: Provides services for children and adults with, or who may have, developmental disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, motor development, speech/language development, play and social development and/or learning problems.

    Free diagnosis and developmental assessment services. Early intervention services can be provided to infants between birth and three years of age who are believed to be at high risk. Pre-natal diagnosis and other genetic counseling services can be provided to pregnant women who are believed to be at risk of giving birth to a child with developmental disability.
