Cal-LEARN Program

  • Description: Provides case management and home visitation services to help pregnant and parenting teens complete high school, become independent, and form healthy families.

    Case Managers meet once a month with clients to work on developing life goals, assist with building on their strengths and skills, and link teens to resources to help them achieve their goals.
