    Provides short term housing assistance to HIV-positive clients through partial rent subsidy program.

    Partial rent subsidy program consists of:

    • Monthly rent subsidies up to 24 months, or as needed
    • Individual written housing plans development by case managers and clients
      • strategy to identify, relocate, and/or ensure the individual or family is moved to, or capable of maintaining, a stable long-term living arrangement

  • Hours: Mon: 8am - 5pm; Tue: 8am - 5pm; Wed: 8am - 5pm; Thu: 8am - 5pm; Fri: 8am - 5pm; - (Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Lincoln’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet guidelines: -Be referred by a participating HIV/AIDS service provider agency -Be receiving HIV/AIDS case management -Have a medical professional verify HIV/AIDS status -Live within San Joaquin County
