Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program

  • Hours: Mon: 8am - 5pm; Tue: 8am - 5pm; Wed: 8am - 5pm; Thu: 8am - 5pm; Fri: 8am - 5pm; - (Office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.)

    • Eligibility: Families with children age 1-6 who have been exposed to lead or are seeking information on childhood lead poisoning
