Black Infant Health Program (BIH)

  • Description: Provides prenatal and postpartum group interventions with complementary case management through 20 two-hour sessions to encourage and support a healthy pregnancy and women's health.  Education on pregnancy, safe sleep, and infant care.  Connect clients with medical, social, and mental heath services.
