    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and in need of alcohol or drug abuse services
    • Languages: Language line available, English, Spanish, Cambodian
    • Application Process: Call for telephone intake
    • Program Fees: Sliding scale fee based on income. Accepts Medi-Cal and private insurance
    • Required Documents: Depending on circumstances, may need: ID, Social Security card, Insurance card, Authorized referral form from referring agency (if applicable), Court papers (if visit from court referral)
