    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Individuals aged 18–60 and transition-age youth aged 18–21 with mental health needs
    • Languages: English, Khmer (Cambodian) and Spanish. Additional languages and ASL are provided via a translation service.
    • Application Process: Walk in for assistance or call to schedule an appointment. For Medi-Cal or Healthy Families insurance, contact Managed Care Access to request mental health services.
    • Program Fees: Sliding scale. Accepts Medi-Cal
