Crossroads Youth Intervention Services

  • Description:

    Provides free intervention and prevention counseling and referrals services to pre-delinquent youth. Program is designed to prevent the escalation of negative behavior in the youth served and to assist their families with redirecting those behaviors to avoid future involvement in the Juvenile Justice System. 

    Services are provided by social workers from the San Joaquin County Juvenile Probation Department.

    • Skill building techniques
    • Emotional regulation skills

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Pre-delinquent youth between 10-18 years of age residing in San Joaquin County. Youth cannot be on probation or have anything pending charges.
    • Languages: Other languages available through the language line, English, Spanish
