    • Eligibility: Must reside within the Tracy Unified School District, Lammersville High School District, or be without a home. Must be a member and meet income guideline. Can sign up to be a member. *HSA Emergency Food must meet income guideline and reside in zip code 95304, 95376, 95385, 95377 and 95391
