Child Passenger Safety Program

Agency: SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (SJCPHS)

  • Description: Provides one-on-one appointments to check car seats. Additional program includes Child Safety Seat Education Classes to parents, caregivers, childcare providers, and grandparents, Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) training and CPST certification courses.

    Classes are conducted by a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician.
