Adult Literacy Program

  • Description: Provides a one-on-one tutoring program to help develop basic literacy skills such as reading, writing, and comprehension of writing material.  Sessions are three hours a week for six months.

    Program includes:
    • GED Preparation - Provides an online assessment to identify students' strengths and weaknesses in order to studety for the exam.
    • English Converstaion Clubs - For English Language Learners who wish to practice their English language speaking skills in a casual and relaxed environment.

Closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Lincoln's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
