Home Delivered Meals Program

  • Description: Delivers meals to homebound seniors. A 5-pack of frozen meals are delivered weekly along with fresh milk and fruits. Meals delivered once a week by 2pm. Recipient must be home in order to receive delivery.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be 60 years of age or older, homebound, frail and cannot obtain meals and low income
