    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Clients must be in an approved activity such as employment, school, or vocational training, meet income guidelines, and have children aged birth to 12 years of age. Stage 2: Current or former TANF recipient. Former TANF recipient must receive TANF within 24 months. CAPP: Open to all eligible residents.
