    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Clients must be in an approved activity (employment, school or vocational training). Must meet income guidelines and have children under 12 years of age. Stage 2: Current or former TANF recipient. Former TANF recipient must received TANF within 24 months. CAPP: Open to all eligible residents.
    • Languages: Hmong, Spanish, Vietnamese, English, Cambodian
