  • Hours: Fri: 8am - 5:30pm; Thu: 8am - 5:30pm; Wed: 8am - 5:30pm; Tue: 8am - 5:30pm; Mon: 8am - 5:30pm; - (Office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Clients must be in an approved activity such as employment, school, or vocational training, meet income guidelines, and have children aged birth to 12 years of age. Stage 2: Current or former TANF recipient. Former TANF recipient must receive TANF within 24 months. CAPP: Open to all eligible residents.
